Advanced Painting & Powder Coating Services

Steel fabrication services often entail the meticulous application of Powder Coating, a dry finishing technique harnessing an electric charge to bond dry powder onto metal surfaces.

This method, facilitated by our advanced Gema Optiflex 2B Powder Coating System, employs an electrostatic charge to draw and spray the powder onto the product.

The coated item is then placed in a high-temperature oven for a curing process, enabling the powder to seamlessly fuse to the surface, resulting in a robust and sleek finish that surpasses traditional paint applications in durability and resilience.

Alternatively, we also offer wet painting services. In a more traditional approach to finishing, the liquid is applied to the metal or material through spraying multiple layers of the finish to achieve a smooth, even finish.

BENEFITS OF Painting & Powder Coating

ENHANCED PRODUCT PROTECTION

Painting and powder coating create a protective layer on products, safeguarding them against corrosion, rust, and environmental damage, which helps in maintaining their appearance and functionality.

CUSTOMISATION AND AESTHETIC APPEAL

These finishing techniques offer a wide range of colours and finishes, providing manufacturers the flexibility to meet customer preferences and enhancing the market appeal of their products.

IMPROVED DURABILITY

The application of paint or powder coating results in a strong and resilient outer layer, increasing the product’s resistance to wear and tear, which is crucial for items exposed to harsh conditions and constant use.

PRODUCT SAFETY ASSURANCE

These techniques can be used to apply coatings with specific properties like flame retardancy or chemical resistance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and reducing the risk of accidents or hazards.

SUSTAINABILITY AND EVVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Painting and powder coating can be applied in eco-friendly ways, with reduced waste and low emission levels, aligning with the increasing demand for sustainable manufacturing practices.
