Advanced Painting & Powder Coating Services
Steel fabrication services often entail the meticulous application of Powder Coating, a dry finishing technique harnessing an electric charge to bond dry powder onto metal surfaces.
This method, facilitated by our advanced Gema Optiflex 2B Powder Coating System, employs an electrostatic charge to draw and spray the powder onto the product.
The coated item is then placed in a high-temperature oven for a curing process, enabling the powder to seamlessly fuse to the surface, resulting in a robust and sleek finish that surpasses traditional paint applications in durability and resilience.
Alternatively, we also offer wet painting services. In a more traditional approach to finishing, the liquid is applied to the metal or material through spraying multiple layers of the finish to achieve a smooth, even finish.
